Students will learn how to build hale through ʻŌlelo Hawaii.

A 5 day, 4 night ocean skills and food preparation program for middle school students who want to grow their knowledge and skills in authentic ocean and food practices.

Haumana will explore limu and related land plants, including cultivation and the associated moʻolelo, mele and hula. Students will be able to identify, propagate and use plants in cultural ways in Aliomanu.

A 4-day camp will familiarize keiki with ʻāina kuleana in Kauaʻula Valley. Each day a different ʻāina-based curriculum will be introduced.

Programming focus is ‘ike Hawaiʻi, ‘ōlelo Hawaiʻi, birds, art, science, music & coding.

Remembering and re-introducing our relationship to Hāloa through moʻolelo, ʻauwai and loʻi kalo maintenance, kalo varieties identification, introduction to “Taro Varieties of Hawaiʻi” booklet, kuʻi kalo, and a taro cook off.

Students will be exposed to the process of learning Haku Mele from current experts in the field. The culminating activity is a trip to Oahu during the spring break.

An 'āina-based program that will focus on the mea ko'iko'i / waiwai and place-based practices specific to Halelea and particularly Ha'ena.

Introduction to Hoʻoponopono (problem-solving), Laʻau Lapaʻau (seven laws of health), Lomilomi (basic healing touch methods), and Hoʻoikaika Kino (self-care & physical fitness) led by cultural practitioners.

Providing ʻolelo Hawaiʻi, ʻāina, and ʻike Hawaiʻi experiences and launa opportunities through wahi pana, loko iʻa, kahawai, hana noeʻau, and holokai traditions.

A 3-day mini learning experience that will introduce and empower students to explore their community in search of Waiwai.

A 5-day program that will build our next generationʻs capacity in ‘āina-based careers.

Haumana will be immersed in the moʻolelo, culture, language and daily practices of our ancestors through hands-on experiences within the ili aina of Waipao.

Inspires each youth and their family members to improve and sustain their health and well-being by promoting healthier habits in diet, physical activity, leadership, and family engagement.

Opportunities for ʻōpio between the ages of 15-18 to increase their ʻāina education skills by taking a leadership role in our intercession program for 11-14 year olds.

The Animal Alakaʻi program expands keiki knowledge of our animals and learning how to care for them, while cultivating compassion and nurturing skills.

An experiential learning program that engages keiki in authentic Hawaiian culture, Aloha ‘Aina and the arts with the intent of inspiring future generations of ‘õiwi leaders.

High school students will participate in community-based activities steeped in aloha ʻāina, hiking upland, exploring the ocean by waʻa, and examining Loko Ea.

A two-part leadership development program grounded in ʻike kupuna and ʻōlelo Hawaiʻi. Participants will engage in Hawaiian cultural practices which foster the development of essential Hawaiian leader values and skills.
